Be aware that anaesthetics can cause sickness/tummy upset, so it can be best to feed a bland cooked diet for a few days post op.

Scrambled eggs, steamed fish or cooked chicken are good options.

Your dog can still eat raw food after an operation, just feed a bland raw diet to avoid tummy upset.

UNLESS the operation is on the bum/stomach area, if so feed boneless bland raw food for 2 weeks after the op.
