There’s no minimum or maximum order amount, and delivery fees remain the same for local deliveries. On the other hand, shipping costs vary for UK-wide deliveries via DHL, depending on the weight of your order.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
For local deliveries, you can add more items by placing a new order and selecting “Click and Collect” to avoid extra fees. Indicate in the order notes that you’d like to combine your orders and include your original order number. Please take note that orders must be updated by noon the day before delivery.
For DHL deliveries, changes cannot be made once the order is confirmed. You will need to place a new order, and the appropriate delivery fees will apply.
What if my order is missing items or incorrect?
For local deliveries, please check your order upon arrival. If something is missing or incorrect, kindly let the driver know immediately so we can fix the issue. If you receive an incorrect order, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it.

Please ensure that the items are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. We will process the refunds within 30 days, but return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Raw food should be kept in the freezer until it’s feeding time. Thaw it in the fridge rather than at room temperature. Once thawed, the food can be kept in the refrigerator for up to three days as long as it has not been left out for an extended time. Keep utensils, surfaces, and hands clean after handling raw food to prevent contamination and spread of bacteria.
Can I refreeze raw dog food?
Yes, as long as the food has remained cold and hasn’t been left sitting at room temperature for a significant amount of time. If the food has thawed but remains cold, you can refreeze it. However, if it has been at room temperature for too long, it’s best to dispose of it to prevent the growth of bacteria.
